Joanne.....Yes. The blue jeans that I used was really faded so it's a light blue. And yes I thought about making one out of regular fabric. I know the denim gets really heavy after awhile. I don't think regular fabric would be that heavy. It is a fun and easy quilt to make tho. Hmmmmmmm......now you got me wanting to make one!! lol :0)
