Rick, your quilts are wonderful! I'm still getting my head around the idea of men doing something that has been so traditionally done by women. Your quilts put me to shame! I'm not brave enough to try some of the quilts you've made. I think I love the Sunbonnet Sue quilt best just because of all the cute calicos - it looks so cuddly.

Rick,
Great quilts! I like them all. Since recently having heart valve replacement surgery (this past May) I wanted to make that Storm at Sea quilt for the hospital floor where I spent most of my time. Everyone was so kind and helpful that I thought a heart quilt would be appropriate. Where did you find that pattern? I remember seeing one similar on the cover of a magazine.... but haven't a clue as to which one? Thanks for sharing.

Rick,

I love your quilts and you do such beautiful work. I am sorry that you are losing your job, but you have a calling here. Your quilts .

You need to find a job where you can do more quilts , some of your own ideas ,etc. Fill out a appication at QIAD, maybe Eleanor could use another teacher. You never know.
Your work is that good.
Pat
