quilting a quarter log cabin quilt

I have completed the large wall hanging from El's book Still Stripping,but I am not sure how to quilt it. I was going to just do diagonal quilting,but I thought that would not show off the neat blocks in the center. I would appreciate any thoughts on this quilt.
