I received my very first, beautiful birthday block today from cnjz_mom! It's just perfect! I know I should have waited until my birthday to open it, but I just got so excited when I realized what that soft-ish envelope must contain that I just threw caution to the wind and opened it right away. I'm glad I did!

There is a block that I've been wanting to try-- I think it will be perfect for Wanda!

Is it still "quilter's choice" for the fabric and block, Wanda? Can't wait to get started!

I haven't assembled all my birthday blocks into a top yet, but I can't wait to get to work on that! They're all so pretty!! :-)

I received my pretty pink pinwheel block from Redsaltbox today. It's just perfect! I love the soft pink fabric and the subtle design on it. Thank you so much!
