Kyna, I personally, think it's adorable....and I don't have blue fabric with cupcakes... mine is brown fabric with cupcakes.... there's an oddball in every group.... I am it in this one...lol...

I don't have cupcakes either - just watermelons - Since I am doing 2 sets I have to go find another food corner block piece - cupcakes? I think not!! LOL

Kyna, your block looks wonderful!
As for the charm squares, I know we'll have duplicates, but there will be several "oddballs" as well. I know of at least 2 people whose squares feature candies, for example. The way I figure it, whatever we get, it's a sweet potluck!!!

I cut 60 charms last night (for 2 sets) and they are a variety of fabrics...chocolates, fortune cookies, strawberries/cherries, ice cream and cake, chocolate covered strawberries, lollipops, candies and they look yummy...this was all in my stash from aprons and another quilt project.
