I didnt cry very much at the funeral etc because it was a blessed passing after 16 years of Alzheimers. But when this came I just broke down and cried for almost an hour,it just touched me so much that virtual strangers would do that for me... THANK YOU EVERYONE

You are a special person. To have a loved one with Alzheimers is very hard on the other family members.
I spotted my name on your quilt. My hame is Lowell Adams
Keep toastie.

So many people here, taking the time to show there support and concern everyday. I wish I had been a part of this group when the quilt was done. I am not a good quilter but would have loved to contribute somehow. I am sorry for the passing of your Dad. No matter the reason it is still heartbreaking. Enjoy your quilt and remember all of the friends that wanted to put a smile on your face and an angel in your heart.

Sarah Bolden is the special angel that has been putting these quilts together. My understanding however that this entire quilt top was donated by one individual... I can't express in words the warmth and power of friendship that it gave me and still does.. I have told each of my family members about it and they all agree that this was probably the nicest thing anyone has done for anyone of the family related to dads dieing.
Thanks again
Beth
