Son's Quilt

Post by sidesaddles » Sat Mar 21, 2009 2:52 am

These colors were very hard to work with. I had to work a couple hours and go to something else for a while. It's a tossed nine patch.

It is pretty. The colors look good together and the prints go well. Very stiking. Good work.

I can see why you'd have to back off for a bit but you did a great job!!

very nice im admiring you tieing them never tried it however i have lots of problems sometimes getting the quilt not to have creases or little tucks on the bottom so i dont think that would be a problem if i did it the way you do

When I tie a quilt, I let the part where I am ttying be in front of me on a table and pull up from my lap as needed. I do not have any problem with it. Just smooth it with you hands to make it smooth, and taught, you need to do it often.
