That is just too cute. I will have to make a few of them.

One of my kitties always goes under the covers. She is a big fraidy cat and thinks no one sees her, but she meows when I talk to her so she gives herself away. The other two are content to sleep on the covers. They are not allowed in the bedroom or sewing room but there is a bed in "their" room (formerly the guest room) and always a blankie on the couch for napping (for me).

oh Denise I love it and thank-you for the kitty pattern I saved it to my computer and since I want to make a quilt with cats on it I now have yours to add :) One of my cats also likes to be under the covers when it is chilly

Denise, thank you so much for the applique pattern. I have saved it in my quilts to make folder and plan to make one for my itty bitty kitty. He is quite an interesting kitty and deserves the best! He has a quilt I made but it doesn't have a kitty picture or a place to hide. He will like your design. Thanks for sharing! Jo Ann

Thank you all! It's my pleasure to share with you. :-)

I just talked to my Mom on the phone, she just received the cat nap quilt and she said that Missie is excited, she jumps on it, tries to bite the kitty tail, hides inside, runs all over the place, comes back... LOL

Next time I'll go see my Mom (she lives 2:30 drive car from me) I'll take pictures of Missie and her quilt to share with you! :-)

Love & hugs

Denise

That is awesome!,, and it is clever of you to make it a pillow case, easier to wash!!!

I might have to do one of these for my grand kitty, Gracie

What a clever pillow cover. I'm sure your mom's cat will really like it! Also, thanks for the pattern.
