Love this handbag also. Just had someone bring in to our class a lot of these outdated samples.
I just went looking for the pattern and it appears they have removed it from the site. Has anyone else had better luck at getting the info?

Nice bag. I especially like the quilting on the blocks.

calicopuzzle - Thought you might like to see this response I just received from my daughter:
"MOM! Those are SOO CUTE! I will save all the samples for you. I can't tell how big they are, but I would love to have one to use as a "project bag" ..... to carry around client samples etc. It would have to have a big opening at the top, though .... shaped like an LLBean canvas tote (which is what most of the designers use).
xox"
How big is it?

The bag pattern calls for 5-1/2 " squares....they measure about 7" on the corner to corner measurement...the widest part of the bag is three blocks across...so approximately 21". You can use these upholstry samples for just about any bag pattern. After cutting off the paper edges from the sample books...my squares were 5" so they finished off at 4-1/2 for the bag. I have saved the pattern on a file....I will try to figure out how to post it if I can.
