Happy 25th
Oh my gosh, I can't believe I am up first this morning.
Oh that's right, I'm up earlier than usual.

Good morning, WeSig and mcmema! Well, I was eating cake for breakfast, that's where I was! LOL! Today is Grandma2Davey's birthday and I started celebrating in her honor.
Hope to get some sewing done today, I'm working on the borders for Sue's quilt and it's going nicely. This weather is crazy, warm one day and cold the next, my sinus's are about to go haywire with it!
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Good Morning ....I have been reading all the posts and looking at the photos and reading pms I am "hunting and gathering" today trying to get my camper packed...leaving friday morning will spend the first night in Ky , travel to Ga, saturday and on to Jacksonville Sunday. We plan to drive about 6 hours per day It makes the trip easier. My sis is still recovering from her surgery, but Dr says she can go.
Probably won't sew today unless it is later tonight.

Good Morning Everyone!
I will be working today. Usually there are a few more on here. Everyone must be sleeping in a few minutes this morning.
I pressed fabric last night so I can cut fabric tonight. There is a lot of cutting for the tree blocks. I have the trees strips cut and now need to cut the background. The I will do the sub cuts and trimming before sewing together.
I will talk to all of you later. Have a wonderful day!

Good Morning! Sunny and warmer today and tomorrow, but back into the 30's after that...I hate that...bouncing back and forth!
Grammie isn't it exciting to be packing?! Well, maybe not packing, but getting ready for vacation! lol! I would think one of the nice things about carrying your "house" with you would be that you don't have to drag baggage into a motel when you stop for the night.
Really glad to hear that your sister is doing well enough to go! Just tell her to be careful and not fall or overdo.
Well, today I'm going to finish my Bear's Paw blocks..the 12 in. and the little 6 in. It's a pretty block, but I don't know if I'd have the stamina to do a whole quilt of them! lol!
Ya'll have a great day!

Good morning, girls. It's overcast here but our high today will be in the low 80's - UGH! We are suppose to get a cool front thru here Friday night so temps will be back to normal. The tree pollen, especially Oak pollen, is in the extreme range. I've been taking Benadryl every night just to ward off allergies. So far it's worked.
Last night I cleared off my cutting table and started ironing fabric. Decided I should clean my iron out (with vinegar) and I worked on that for an hour. Still stuff was coming out - grrrrrrrr. I'll be working on my iron again tonight while I do laundry and fix dinner. Gotta think about packing - we're going to the lake this weekend. I've got my locker hooking bag all ready to go but nothing else is - LOL.

Re: Happy 25th
I was up extra early today too. Sat & read this good book I am reading & had my first cup of coffee. Had to follow hubby into town early, to drop off his VW bus for a little work, then he dropped me off back here at home & took my car to work. Woke up early & couldn't go back to sleep so got up just before 6am, a little early for homebody me, lol, but I feel great now, will probably need a little nap later, but that's okay. I should play with another block today, & with my new machine a bit more. Haven't tried free motion on it yet, so need to give that a test run too. How is for you other Viking Sapphire owners, any comments or advice? Not sure any of them post here, but thought I would ask anyway...Our weather is real back & forth anymore too, kind of strange, isn't it!
Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Everybody!
It's a beautiful sunny day here in MN and it's already 32* ABOVE!
Today is the day I go to work a little late, so I'm just puttsing around and trying to get a few things done before I have to shower and get to work.
Going to get my lotto blocks and my Ugly Swap FQ's in the mail on the way to work. Right after work tonite DD and I are headed down to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for an appointment early tomorrow morning with an orthopedic surgeon. I am hoping and praying that he has some answers for her! I hate to think of her having to have hip replacement surgery at 30 yrs old, but if it helps the constant pain she is then I guess it would be worth it!
So I'll be MIA for a little bit but will check in with y'all when I get home tomorrow.
In the meantime I hope you all have a wonderful fun day!
