Re: Comfort Quilts
Sharon, You did a great job on all of those quilts. They are going to be loved by someone in need. That is a very commendable goal. Who do you donate the comfort quilts to? I like to make kids quilts and this might be a project I could really get into.
Thanks so much for sharing the pics and inspiring us all to help others out there. Hugs, Shirley Mae

Re: Comfort Quilts
Thank you everyone.....I'm starting to look at small X WOF fabric differently now, to see if I can make it into a Faux Panel.
Shirley Mae, I have 3 comfort quilts going to either Ronald McDonald House or Riley Hospital this month....the little Winnie quilt and 2 others. The panel quilts went to a couple of boys here in town. I keep wanting to make quilts to donate, so this year, I've given myself 2 months to make a quilt (or quilts) per donation agency/person. January and February turned out to be Ronald McDonald House in Indianapolis. March and April might be Project Linus....will have to wait and see.
Carol/kittyquilt, Winnie is approx 32" X 45"..the cars panel ended up about 47" X 58" and I don't remember about the animal panel.

Re: Comfort Quilts
Hi. Wonderful work. Aren't baby quilts just fun? You know that they love them, and mistakes are not as obvious to a small child. But it looks like you don't have that problem. I am bad about making up my pattern as I go, and then have trouble getting them to match up. I end up doing a lot of sampler looking things at times. If I can ever master the complicated instructions of putting a photo on the site, I have some I'd like ideas on.
