Welcome back "T". I hope this finds you feeling much stronger and your health much improved!!!

Delores & Lois I am happy that you gals love the Accucut. It is odd that you have to have a special mat to use with each die.

SueSwan, Chriss, Valerie, Linda, Pam & anyone else I may have missed, it sounds like you gals have a nice day planned. Not a lot going on here but the sniffles. Between DS, DH & I, we need to buy stock in Kleenex. LOL Even the boy dog is sneezing, poor big lug. Been doing some more 6 in. Dresden Plates for my dear Mom. They are not fun IMHO but I do not have the nerve to tell her NO. LOL Oh well. I hope you ALL have a fantastic day doing whatever you get to do. Think I will go read a book. Just did not have the energy to go to Church & did not want to spread germs either.

Hugs

Good Morning Cynthia. Happy that you made it home safely. I agree about the money being spent on other things. We haven't been to that many movies this year either. Thanks for the update on Mary Ellen.

Good Morning Everyone!
Sounds like everyone is in good spirits and having a great day. Nice to hear the accucut is working so well for you Lois.

I rained here a bit over the night, but it wasn't heavy enough rain to get the flower beds under the trees wet. DH and I went to early Mass then had breakfast. He did the dishes. I have sewn three logs onto the center out of 14. So it is press, cut and sew for a while here this morning. I did not get laundry done yesterday, but will today. I will be popping on here because I am in my sewing room and so is the computer.

Welcome "T". I hope you will be able to post here today. I noticed you did post yesterday a couple of places.

Happy Sunday everyone -

Do not watch the Oscars too closely. I enjoy the Barbara Walters special before the Oscars.

Last night I read through the first lesson on embroidery from QU and did embroider a butterfly sample. It was fun to once again be using my embroidery machine. There are already thoughts of more running through my head.

I keep thinking of ME and am so happy she does not need to be cut open. It is kind of freaky to think of having screws put into your head, but that is much better than being cut open.

Well, I want to go back to my sewing room for awhile. Will check in later.

Oh Sandy, sorry to hear you are having a toothache/swelling, etc... Hope you start to feel better SOON!

Quilter7, I'm going to try the Satinedge foot out on all my machines to see which it works on. So far, I've tried it on the Babylock Espire (it has snap on feet so it didn't need the adapter for the Satinedge foot) and it worked really well on my Bernina with the Bernina adapter. The foot does a lot more than curved piecing, which is nice. Next I want to try it on my Juki. It's only for zig-zag machines, but using it for curved piecing it's only in the straight stitch mode, so it should work fine on the Juki if one of the adapters fit it. You can adjust the seam allowance on this foot, which is really nice.

GP - You are going to have to give us a picture of this foot. It sounds like a foot that is worth having.

By the way making two wedding ring quilts is really ambitious! Most of us want to make one but only dream of the day!

Good Morning Gals

I think I have finally warmed up!! So between loads of laundry and vacuuming today I hope to get a little stitching done. So far this morning I have made 3 March Lotto blocks and as soon as I finish the 4th one, I think I'm going to start to quilt my Paducah/Merryman house quilt. I'm kind of scared to do it--so afraid I'm going to totally screw it up! BUT if I take it slow and try not to hurry I should be okay.

Hope you all have a great day
