Thanks for all the nice comments. This is my first experience with batiks. I love the colors myself but am unsure about working with the batiks. They feel different somehow. It is at the LA quilter's now. Will post another pic when I get it back and the binding on.

Valerie I love batiks and this is lovely! They are not easy to work with because the texture varies so much but they can be lovely...just like this one is!
