WeSignificant, I love your bag and I love the fabric you used. The bag is beautiful. I just ordered this pattern and saw that it takes 2 charm packs, but it didn't say how many charm squares in all. Since some charm packs have more or less than others, I am curious to know how many squares it takes to make this bag as I may possibly have enough on hand. Also, I can't tell if yours is quilted or "quilt as you go" or maybe made with fusible fleece ? Thanks ahead for you help. I can't wait to get my pattern !

It is quilt as you go. It requires 24 light and 45 dark/medium charms. It is actually kinda big at 17 1/2 x 14. One thing I don't like about it is the seams are not enclosed. It is called Trail Mix and is a Little Scraps this & that pattern.

Thanks for the information WeSignificant. This tells me what I need to know to get my fabrics together. I ordered the pattern but I have not received it yet. I am surprised to know the seams are not enclosed, because they usually are in the patterns I have used. I don't like exposed seams either, but I guess I will either live with it, or find a way to change it. I just knew I wanted one of these bags the minute I saw yours. It is such a pretty bag and your work is so nice. Thanks again for the information.

Very nice tote, I really like the use of buttons attatching the handles.
