Inka makes a Sunbonnet Sue

I finished the small Sunbonnet Sue for my daughter yesterday (it is only about 12" finished size). I had never thought I would make anything like that - but it was my daughter´s wish. Another "doll" for my little big girl ... I thoroughly enjoyed making it and doing some hand quilting on it.

It is a treasure!! Your daughter will love it! Very special touches....I love the little lace-trimmed apron.

Oh my goodness! That is just beautiful! Inka you did a gorgeous job on this. This little Sue is just perfect in ever way! Great job.

Inka, What a sweet little Sue. Your extra little touches pf the lace and flowers really make it so perfect. Love the little hearts in the background too. And red and white- just in time for a Valentine gift. Thanks so much for sharing. Any girl, any age would love that.
