It's been harder than I thought, but I still have time to order online I think. I'm gonna try just one more store, tomorrow, but I'm calling ahead cause its a good 45 min away. If I'm ordering online tho, I could order something else.

Well I just spent 2 days working at Joann's this weekend so I am quite tired tonight. I have a roast out to put in my crockpot tomorrow so that dinner will be ready when I get in after work and then I am going to take it easy tomorrow night. I do need to sew a purse together so I might get that done.

I am watching Cold Case and will be getting ready to eat in a minute and then do some knitting. I am sure not in the mood to do too much.

Oh, the fortune cookies sound great! Trying to remember what ones I sent in, I did two sets, let's see, choc. chip cookies, oreos, choc. bon-bon type candies, gumballs, had some "Sugar Daddy" fabric but I'd have to fussycut it and I got lazy! LOL!

for the candy/sweets swap
I haven't seen the fortune cookie fabric that sounds cute. I sent gummy bears, nuts, pies and lollipops on black. I found gumballs and sent them but the fabric is thin so everyone is getting 3 from me. It was harder than I thought to find fabric for that one.

oh I forgot I found some chocolates (like in a See's candy box) and sent that too. Not everyone is getting the same fabrics. The chocolates needed to be fussy cut so I sent larger pieces of that one

I have the chocolates too, and an oreo print. I have conversation hearts that I bought because I was stressing about not finding enough prints, but it is also kinda thin. I saw the sugar daddy print, that was cute! I love those. I figured since some of our prints are similar/same, I wanted to make sure at least one of mine was different. Someone had posted they had M&M charms, but I didn't see that one online. The fortune cookies had either a red or black background.

Mommyquilts I've seen the fortune cookie fabric and it's darling! It was on Ebay and I almost bought some.

I bought those conversation hearts and they were the duplicate..I can't imagine trying to buy enough fabric to make a quilt WITHOUT a swap!
