Every one of these are beautiful!

Pam or Denise do either of you have this expanded to queen size? (I'm not sure if I need to make 4 of the existing pattern or just use really big pieces. Of course it would look best if it just grew from the center star out--either of you have this? Anyone?

Are you looking for fabric requirements, # of each blocks or both?

These are still 12 inch blocks and it is 90 inches square.

Ok - for a 90" square quilt -- with the same borders as the smaller quilt, you'll need 25 Star blocks and 24 Square in a Square blocks.

I figured yardage using the Small Flying Geese Rulers -- and I looked at what Electric Quilt says, so the yardage below is the larger of the two numbers for each fabric. These # do not include fabric for binding or backing.

Color A (black in the picture below) 3 1/8 yards
Color B (gray in the picture below) 2 5/8 yards
Background (white in the picture below) 4 1/2 yards

Color A
25 - 6 1/2" Squares
100 - 3 1/2" Squares
16 - 3 1/2" x 12 1/2" Rectangles
3 - 9" Squares

Color B
25 - 9" Squares
24 - 7 1/2" Squares

Background
100 - 3 1/2" Squares
28 - 7 1/2" Squares
24 - 6 1/2" Squares
24 - 9" Squares

I've done the math twice, but please do your own santiy check on these numbers.

I'm working on getting mine cut and ready to sew. I just love this pattern, and everyone's quilt tops are just beautiful-- can't choose a favorite-- they are all so unique and each one is so pretty!!! I just hope mine looks half as good as y'alls! :-)

I am looking forward to seeing a scrappy one too! Please post pictures, everyone-- when I get mine put together, I will, too! :-)

Thanks, again, Pam!

What size is the orginal pattern? I love this and would like to make a full size quilt with it.
