She is so cute... but all I can think of is a lab beagle mix??????????? which is the male? I can only cringe if the mother is a beagle, and only laugh if the father is!

Such a cute face! That is an interesting mix. Let us know how big she gets. Maybe you have a new breed like the "puggle" that was introduced a few years ago.

Very cute picture - both of the new fur kid and your son. I'm the proud mom of the Quirky Quintet.... 5 BIG dogs. LOL 2 black labs, one black lab/shep X, one lab/shep/huskyX and a Pharoah Hound/golden RetX. Lively household, to say the least! ROFLOL 4 of them are rescues/strays and I love them all to pieces. I'd have more if I lived on a ranch. Right now I'm trying to get them to wear a holiday hat, all at the same time, for a picture. If that isn't a silly challenge...... If I'm successful, I'll post a photo here.

I looked it up This is what I found at the ACHC (american canine hybrid club)

Labbe
(Beagador) (Labeagle)
Beagle / Labrador Retriever Hybrid

Recognized Names:
American Canine Hybrid Club = Labbe
Designer Dogs Kennel Club = Labbe Retriever

The parents were both AKC registered lab and akc beagle, she ended up at the shelter because the people that paid $1,500 for her found out they had allergys.
