Good morning everyone. We had a rough night in my neighborhood. Somewhere a watermain must have broken. I heard jack hammers for about on hour. Plus it drove the dogs nuts. Anyway, I got all my errands ran yesterday. So, I am working on quilts today. I'll listen to the race while I am sewing. Have a great day everyone.

Even though I set the clocks back last night, I STILL got up an hour earlier than I needed to! Guess my 'internal clock' can't be adjusted. It's beautiful here in mid-TN today. Will go to church, go for a walk, and start cutting strips for another quilt.

Have a good day ALL!

gmaann - we set our clocks back, too, but DH had to get up at 6am to go cut wood today and I got up when he did...6am still felt like 7am to me! I'll be messed up for weeks!

Going to the sewing room this morning to work on the December Block Lotto block...I make the block first, to be sure I can do it successfully--then, if it turns out ok, I join the lotto. This forum really motivates me to do different things...I LOVE IT!!!

It's sunny and 50 deg. at 8:30am here, looks like a beautiful day!!
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning all. It was weird this morning. I woke up to daylight. Funny the difference 1 hour will make. Going to church this morn, then after lunch maybe I will sew a little. Just finished two stockings yesterday. Happy Sunday all!

Well we "fell back" last night. Still dark as coal at 6:15 a.m. And guess what? By 6:15 tonight it'll be dark as coal again!!
No sewing for me today. My choir (including me) will be singing in all three services this morning. Then at 5 pm we're having an old fashioned Hymn Sing so I'll be back at church again. I have a few hours this afternoon to sit down and put my feet up but that's about all.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
Keep stitching,
Susi

Good morning, ya'll! Already a beautiful day here! Watched deer in our yard and a duck and some geese, while having coffee this a.m. I'm going to work on the flannel Flying Geese I'm using to make my son a duvet cover for his down comforter. I'm so excited to start sewing again, things are finally getting settled enough after the move to do something "normal" and fun again! Ya'll have a great day!

Working on my pink/brown noodle swap quilt and laundry. The time is changed. Bright out already here today but is supposed to have spotty showers later. DH and DGS are going to help another scout member move. Hopefully they will done by mid afternoon. She is moving to her own home and they are renting a U=Haul so only one trip to the next down 15 miles away. Other than that, it should be a quiet day.

Good morning to all! I put a pork roast in the crockpot for supper, so I'll be down here most of the day. I've got a couple of projects to finish, many more to be started. Isn't it amazing how one hour can change your schedule? It always seems to take a couple of days to get used to things. Beautiful weather here, but extremely windy. Might get into the mid 60's for most of the week.
