I have the worst case of the BLAHS today. I just can't settle down to anything. I sew a little bit of this and then a little bit of that. don't like anything I have done.

Hubby made an awesome new stand for the TV so we can hang it from the ceiling. We went to get stain for if, I picked out the color and I don't like it

I want something to eat and can't figure out what it is I want.

Think I am going to go read and eat BBQ Potatoe chips....if that doesn't work I am going to run away from home......

Sandy, you can run away to come here! I'm in the same mood today, finally started sewing the rows together for the flannel quilt & guess what? they don't match! UGH........so I frogged two complete rows & if I had more of the fabric, I'd throw those two rows away or burn them. I think I'm better off just leaving it alone for awhile & try to find something else to work on. Maybe some chocolate would be helpful? (It sure can't hurt.) I'll leave the light on for you!

Evening all...My power went out this afternoon and I was bummed had so much planned now I feel behind...but there is always tomorrow....Cindy I love Lizzie she had a stitch regulator and on off on the handles and she purrs like a kitten....but the operators need a lot of practice....We got 1500$ off at Paducah...so tell them that at Houston(bounce !!!! Boing!!) It quilts great....Sharon Schambler uses one...Well I'm going to try to get the borders on my last gift quilt tonight so I can get these monkies off my back and start some other projects.....Last night I made one of those pillow cases from a link on chit chat and it literally took me 20 minutes tops....I will be making more of these also. I'm gonna try to make some to wrap my gift quilts in and they will get a pair of pillow cases with the quilt....niftyXXXOOO

Haven't really done anything today but get Halloween clothes ready to wear this week and write a letter to put in my car when they tow it womorrow. It has electrical problems they can't find. It is not even 2 years old and this is the secong time I've gone through this. I am NOT happy.
Just kinda foraged for dinner, since we had a big brunch. Am watching a little tube and then will sew some more. I cannot believe I am actually making progress in there.
You all sound like you're having so much fun. Wish I could go to Houston, too.
Back soon.
Rosie

Rosie.......how did you Steelers do today? DH had the game on while we were having supper, but I guess I didn't pay too much attention to it. Finished sewing a border on a bullseye quilt that's been sitting there patiently for the last year. I did manage to do that without screwing it up. Thank goodness. Put the flannel quilt away for awhile, maybe I'll deal with it next weekend. Now on to finish up a couple of totes. Hope everyone has a good night!

mequilter9158 boy are you lucky you live clear across the country or I just might have taken you up on that invitation. On the other hand two of us in the same dreary mood in the same place at the same time would probably not be good..

I even made hot dogs with mac and cheese (out of the box) for dinner. That tells ya something......

I am going to finish my book, can't do any sewing in this mood

Institches, my new car had to be towed twice in the first six weeks I had it. After about the third or fourth trip to the dealership, I have had no more problems. I did get a recall on the windshield wipers last week. Now, if I can find it take it in.
