i did it! my first applique! well, i haven't actually sewn it yet, but it is ready for me!




and it only took about 14 tries to get the picture to show up

Everyone is doing a very nice job on their appliques -- except me, 'cause I decided not to do them. Someday I'll make another Sunbonnet Sue, or a star, or a heart, but not for this quilt. Nope, not me. Too lazy to do it right now.
