Joannequilts: The Nine Patch Mystery Sew Along patterns were supposed to be posted beginning October 1, as DJ stated when she announced if for signups. Since this is NOT a swap, perhaps DJ will continue to direct it. This is for each one who is interested to do at his/her home at their own speed.

There are a couple of ladies who are volunteering to take over some of the swaps, such as Who Is My Neighbor, already. Go to the topic for more information.

It is probably best if no 1 individual tries to finish all these swaps by herself. There are many willing and capable forum members, so let's move forward with a little caution and forethought, please.

I appreciate the willingness of those who wish to help.

Carol

I am willing to take over the Fall Batik Leave swap, I am in it anyway.

I agree with Carol, no one person should take on all these swaps alone. Who's to say that person won't become overwhelmed as well. There are obviously many that want to help and can, so we should let them.

I Pm"d Linda and DJ about the 9-patch mystery. Plan to give her til Sept 25 to get back to me. Will PM all who are signed up on that date.
If she doesn't want to do it, I will try to take it on. I have never tried to host anything and have very little idea about a mystery, but hope that if it comes to that, some of you who have done one will help me out. PLEASE! (I will will you part of my stash!)
I can surely come up with 20 9 patch variations we can do.
I don't want the ball to fall in foul territory.
