Wow! What a wonderful quilt. I know your Jon will treasure it. I have a son named Jon. Mine is really Jonathan, but we have always called him Jon. You did a fabulous job on this.

Ann--a beautiful quilt! Adapting a panel is NOT easy! If you've never done it you might think that it makes things easy, but I think it's harder than just using a pattern...
I was anxious to see your nautical quilt..I've noticed you mentioned working on it in several posts (I'm working on a nautical quilt for a friends first grandbaby--I also spelled the new baby's name in flags). There's a pattern with the flags in it that I have called "Boats Afloat". I had to completely rework the pattern, tho, I only used 3 of the applique blocks and made it crib size.
