I'll try to take a picture of my fabrics this weekend and post it on Monday. I keep finding additional fabrics that could go with my border fabric. Now I just need to find some patterns for my "chic'girly" theme. I'm thinking: a hat, shoes, purse, gloves. Maybe a dog or a cat with a bow. Can anybody else think of anything.

Yes, I agree Gwen. These are going to be beautiful combinations. I plan to go shopping Monday with my quilt group, maybe I can find another purplish blue to replace the one I have. Then I'll be all set to go.

I know basically which applique designs I want to use and the basic color scheme-- unless I change my mind --- but I still need to check out my fabric selection. I always have the hardest time choosing fabrics... It's really hard for me to visualize how they will look in the quilt. Maybe I'll get better at that with time...

Redtop, I absolutely LOVE purplish blue! I'm getting anxious to start on this!

Well, I didn't get Moda Sweet Green, but found a real nice celery green tonal at Joanns. I think it'll go nicely with the large florals. But then again, I found my tub of plaids..... No, don't change anything yet, I'm still leaning towards the florals. VBG I guess I could always make two sets of blocks?!?!?!

Hi all
It was bound to happen, In the process of search and rescue for fabric for the 2nd mystery I found a set of fabrics that I had forgotten.
Sooooo I am going to change my color scheme.
It is now mauve, pink and sage green florals.
Who knows we still have 25 days before it starts I could find something totaly different by then.
Why you ask
Well I am planning a move to the Twin Falls Id area in the next 90 days and am in the process of packing up my home. Of course my sewing area will be the last boxed.
I hope I havent caused too much confusion on the part of our hostess and do appologize. I know that I am missing a few ores from my boat.

Found some fabrics collected and piled waiting for inspiration to hit me....soooooo, I will use them because, inspiration has hit.

Red, white, blue and brown in baseball materials.

Okay, I keep coming back to this one, so I will sign up. Mine will be scrappy, but probably with a lot of blues and greens. If I have to give a theme, I suppose it would be 'country.'
