Lotus flower pincushion by Inka
the "lotus flower" pincushions (it is all hand sewn) - look what has happened! Too much thinking and one gets a maroccan floor cushion instead.... but it seems OK too ... in fact, I may like it better than the lotus ... (That"correct" pincushion is sewn on a machine, so the intersections had to be improved by hand additionally.)

I think you are right, would make a nice floor cushion too. LOL Very Oriental looking also.
