this is a table topper that I am making. Any suggestions as to how I can back it and keep the points?

Mary, If you want to have points, the only thing I can think of is to make an even edge and then sew on Prairie Points. Hope this helps.

Could you put your topper and the back right sides together, sew around the edge, clip at the v points and turn,--it would have no binding, so if you want a binding this wouldn't work. --Just a thought.

bell I can try doing that. If it doesn't work out, do you guys think it would look okay with tan triangles?????? added in the currently empty spaces?

Here's a tutorial on Prairie Points. I'm sure El has instructions in one of her books, but I don't know which one it would be.
