You ladies that are doing maple leaves. I just looked at the Sampler picture closer and looks as if they are using more than one color for the leaves. But I'm not gonna hold you to that. I guess its because fall leaves usually have a number of colors in them as they are turning.

ok friends,,,help me out here! Are we using the same maple leaf pattern as the links??? Cause those blocks will be 6 inches UNFINISHED and the instructions call for 6.5,,,,which would be 6 in. FINISHED,,,,so we will be off 1.5 inches if we use that one. What do we need to do???

I asked hubby and he said the squares should be 2 3/8 inches,,,that will make a 7 in block which would finish to 6.5....as called for...is this right?????
