Loretta, beautiful blocks! :-) Wow, this is going to be a FUN quilt--- tons of color!

Caroline, I got my 4 in the mail today, so they should be arriving in a couple days or so.

OMG, I can't read. I did mine wrong. I used light colors instead of medium or dark. Would you like for me to do them over? Let me know.

The pink one is upside down. The flowers are supposed to be on bottom and the pink checks the background. Golly gee whiz. I really messed up.

Loretta! Don't you dare change or remake those blocks!!!!! They are fine just like they are. If you would look at some of the others you will see all sort of values and sometimes the mt. is darker and sometimes lighter. They are pretty so....leave them alone!

I made one of mine with a darker sky--- it's looks like a moonlit night on the mountains. :-)

Caroline, when you have a chance, could you please add me to the list. I'm sending 4 blocks-- should be there soon! :-)

Thanks!

Loretta, I like the stripes on the bottom. It makes the mountains look taller. I really don't think you need to do them over. There is a nice mix of colors when you look at all of our blocks.
Have Fun,

These was gonna be one of my swaps for the New Year. I'm glad Caroline found this pattern for you. Here is a finished one that my friend, GG did.

Caroline your way of making the block is much easier than Quilterscache. Thanks - I'll be using it.

You're right, DJ! It goes together so easily and it is SO pretty! I am planning to make one for sure!
