Anyone else wondering what is the deal here on this swap? It seems that 7 out of the 16 sign ups have not received their totes! If you have had to bow out for whatever reason please let us know and we will understand!! Mine was mailed out priority mail on Thursday Aug 28 and should be arriving at the destination today! Hope the receiver enjoys it!!
Happy Stitching and Have a good Labor Day!

Thanks all for the compliments on the tote. It's the first thing I've ever embellished and I have to say that I did pretty well! It was great fun. 1 tip for future reference, the beads are heavy, so if I were to do it again, I would probably put some medium to heavy interfacing, something to make the bag stand up better.

I hope everyone gets their totes! I'm using mine for my hand working projects!

OMG - I finally got to the PO yesterday and received a beautiful tote from Lisa (Redsaltbox). The fall colors are fab-u-lous. Now remember I don't have a digital camera yet but I'll try to get a picture with my cell phone tonight and post a picture tomorrow.

Debbie Schultz,
Your tote is beautiful and I am delighted to be the your tote buddy! It is wonderful and I love the colors. I love it and have already put my hand work in it to take to work tomorrow. You are such a sweetie, the card and other goodies were darling. I will treasure it and think of my Texas quilting friend everytime I use it. Happy stitching!! Debi

Lisa, I love your tote!! It is so cute! And how nice of you to make a mug mat too. How did you make that? That sounds like something fun to make and would smell good too. Great job!!
