WOW Bj.. Thanks for posting the picture!! I sure hope somebody really likes PINK!!! It was fun to make and Zfatcat sure did an awesome job quilting it. To think it's been all around the country!!From Minnesota to California to Tennessee and Kentucky! It's great to see a picture of it! I'm not an expert/perfectionist quilter and I'm sure Zfatcat ran across a feww boo-boos, but I hope it brings some comfort and warmth to someone at the Merryman House!
If I had more sewing time I'd so love to get involved in more quilting for charity--There's a neat place in Danbury WI that it supported by the gal that started Thimbleberries, right here in MN, that I'd love to sew for. I can get tops done, but am not so great at the actually quilting, especially if they are very big! And I'd love to help out MEquilter some more for her cancer blankies--If I just didn't have to work--I could do so much more. After getting my new machine last year from the angels here, I just feel compelled to put it to good use! I'll just keep plugging along tho, doing the best I can. There are so many great causes out there!!!
Thanks again Bj, for the photo!

I did take it to Paducah. I gave it to QUILTSBME, may be misspelled at El's tent on Wednesday the 23rd. I did not even arrive in Paducah until Tuesday. Isn't this the quilt? She promised that she was hip to the charity quilt project and she would deliver it. I felt safe trusting her with it. I have no idea how it ended up going back to Tn. and having to be shipped back. I would never leave a quilt in a compromising situation. Thank goodness, it made it. Amie

You can trust qltsbme!! She entrusted it to me - and you can trust me, too - then you can trust bjgallo. The lady from the Merryman House came on Sunday, April 20 - after the class many of us took from Eleanor. We had the show for Eleanor and the lady right then. So Maryq's quilt came after Merryman House had received the quilts, and we made sure to get it there safely!
Apologies to you, Lori - I misunderstood who had quilted it. And Maryq trusted YOU to quilt it and you trusted Amie to deliver it!!
Anyway, I'm glad the beautiful quilt has arrived at Merryman House and know that it will be loved and appreciated!!
It was a round about way, but the forum wouldn't let something this important fall through the cracks!!

That says alot about El's Angels. We may not all ways be perfectly co-ordinated, but we are trustworthy and get the job done eventualy. LOL
