hey Amie I'll be your SP any time! and yes I am STILL waiting for my may sp, it kinda gets to you when most of the one's on the list do such a wonderful job with thier SP's,and I know that the postage would be a bit more to send to us here in Oz!but it is just lovely when we do get our SP's.sorry if it sounds like I'm having a grouch!

Well, I'm really surprised that there are this many of us still waiting for May's SP gift (and it seems like there are others, but they haven't come forward). Do you think we all got stiffed or are the gifts just really late? Does Cindy keep track of who the SPs are? Maybe a PM to them would work?? Just a thought...don't want to cause problems, but I think we all signed up for a SP "swap". This is the first time I have't received anything so I really feel for those of you who've had this happen more than once. It's quite a let down. Let me know if you all want to pair up and send out another gift.

I wonder if Cindy could send a reminder message to the ladies who have Secret Pals who never received their May gift. I'm thinking that some of them may have lost their original message which contained their SP and address when all the messages were deleted due to the PM problem. Then they may have just completely forgotten that they'd had a May SP and never sent the gift... I remember that Cindy had offered to resend the info to anyone who had lost theirs, but if they never contacted her to *ask* for it to be resent, they may have just forgotten it completely...?

I'm agree with you, SadieDaisy-- the list of people who were left out this time is unusually long. I think sending a reminder message would be a good idea. I know how busy Summer can be, and there are probably quite a few who just have forgotten.

I agree, it really not the $5 gift that matters. This forum the first year was so great and such a happy place to hang out with good friends. The tide has changed and it's a different group that it was. I think this plays a roll in whey the SP-stiffed list is longer. I would be happy to just swap names with the stiffed list ) Let's do it! Amie

PS- I've already removed myself from future SP swaps and am not signing up for any more swaps for a while. Maybe the group will morph back into to group it was before. I really miss that.

I've been looking and looking since the (PM's) messages went out, I just found where I wrote who my May SP was. And Its Janicequilts. Sorry I haven't already mailed out yet, but its on the way now, mailing tomorrow. Thank you for your patience, I never received a SP for the month of April( someone filled in for the sender and I got a very special gift!!! for March), but things happen. So I know how it is to be watching for a gift. And its not really the gift but the thought that is behind it!!!!Anyway I did want you to know that yours will be mailed and on its way to you.

One other possibility, and I am embarssed to think this.

If my secret pal was on the ball and got her package to me in early May, I simply don't remember receiving it. May was very busy around here (and everywhere else to). So, if you sent me something, send me a PM and wack me over the head with a wet FQ, to trigger my memory.

Well two people have heard from their SPs for May so my suggestion is to wait a couple more days and see if anyone else hears from theirs and if not, then those who want to can swap again. Does that sound ok to all of you?

Well, Here's My thought on this....I think CindyB should PM these people who has not Made good on sending there Stuff out....and I would Gladly switch with you all, but we should not have to....Now I Don't mean to hurt feelings here but These people should Not perticipate(CS) these swaps...I Sent my Gifts out, I was short on $ But did get it out....if you think you can't do it..PM your SP and tell her...This is frusterating for the ones that don't get there things..we, should not have to Make up for the ones that won't even contact there SP....My thought's Gal's....
