Hi, Quilter7, thanks, I've missed ya'll, too! fatcat, Maggie is my new HQ16. I named her Scarlett at first and she started acting fiesty so I assumed it was since I'd named her after Scarlett O'Hara, so Teacupdelights suggested Magnolia as a good ole southern belle name, and then Oasis suggested nicknaming her Maggie. So I decided to go with Maggie, and because Scarlett was stuck in my head...I've called her Scarlett ever since! LOL! I had my training session with her and it went real well, but with guests and being busy I haven't had hardly any time to practice.

Lori - The apricot tree and the white peach are both loaded with small fruit. Now the boysenberries are starting to bloom. Last year I made more than two dozen jars of boysenberry jam and two dozen apricot jam. It looks like I will be doing even more apricot this year!

I am praying my little peaches don't get their buds nipped in this freeze! LOL! And I planted 15 tomato plants because I was craving fried green tomatoes and got a little too anxious! Oh man, all the talk about jams and fruit is making me hungry and I don't have anything I want to munch on in the house!
