Lynn, sorry to hear that these aprons have caused you so much distress. Maybe we need to include that on the guidelines, please do not send scented items. In this case it is you that has allergies but it could also be one of the participants that gets ill.

If I do host any more swaps I am going to include that and also adding extra little "treats". When I did the coffee/tea cup swap we each took a different month of the year and some added little "extras". I didn't mind, but I had to add postage to most of the packages because when the post office weights your package they do not account that someone is going to add extra weight on its return.

Sorry to preach.LOL I do hope you are able to make it to the post office without any problems.

Lynn, hoping you are ok. I, too, am sorry they have caused you such distress. Just wondering if they're in the mail yet.

Haven't heard anything. No aprons in the mail. Getting a little worried.

Spoke with DouceFleur1 by PM and she is trying to contact Lynn without any success yet. Apparently there is no answer. Maybe she is on vacation or something.

Good morning ladies!

hope all are doing well! I am still having trouble with the smelly ones unable to get them to the post office and stand in line with them to have them posted. I have sent a pm this morning to a dear member asking for help if i can get them in one box will she redirect for me. I will go ahead and send the rest though. it will be a couple days before I can go to post office. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Please dont think that they have met with foul play I just cant get them out of here. I have not been able to find help locally. As I said before I am sorry and this will not be an issue in the future because I do not plan to participate again in swaps unless it can be quanteed no fragarance.

hope all is well i have not been on much of late but will remedy in the future

hugs to all
gq

ps I know that I have caused hurt the feelings. I am so sorry for that and I want everyone of you to know that this is the only fault here is mine for starting this swap in the first place a)I should not have been foolish enough to think I was well enough to participate and start this in the first place b) for not putting in big bold letters in the swap rules no fragarance and c) for not accepting defeat early and just putting everything in a box and sending it to another member to follow through with for me

I have had the heart break of causing a dear sweet lady embarassment. Something that is not what I am about, especially here in this environment where I have come to think of all of you as friends and family. If any blame is to be cast I assume 100% responsibility and am the only guilty party here.
