here are mine. The aprons I did are all variations of these 3. They were fun and I hope they are ok :) If not they will make great potholder squares.

Oh wow! Valerie & Carolyn, your aprons are beautiful! I love them! :-)

I've mailed all 16 of them. Can't wait to see all of yours! This was fun to do!

Carolyn, those are adorable! Great job!

I desperately need to clean up all of my projects so I have room to do these. I'm drowning in projects at the moment (my own fault-why do I start so many??). I hope to have these finished by the deadline. I've experimented a little with the ties and have all my aprons outlined on fusible web. Once I have room to cut the background squares on my cutting table, I can start playing. I love seeing all the pictures and reading all the tips. This is going to be such a cute little quilt!

this was a fun way to learn to appliqué. i used fusible but cut the fabric larger and turned the edges under before I ironed it onto the background. Then I stitched it down with invisible thread.. So I did a combination of several techniques I guess. It worked...the Carolyn Method I called it because it was a little of this and a little of that ;)

Well it's taken me all day to get 3 done. I'm starting to sweat it now. I have company coming in next weekend so I'll have to split my time between this and housecleaning. We'll see, but I might be a week late. Just wanted to give you the heads up in case. Sorry, I thought I'd be faster after doing all of those sun bonnet sue blocks, but I'm rusty again. Mine will probably be under embellished too, but hopefully everyone will still like them. :)

Mine are all fused and about 1/2 are embellished. Due to health issues in my DH family, I am going to send them as is and let you ladies dress them up as you see fit. I am sorry I can't completely finish but now my FIL is ill. Doctor says heart and lungs are shutting down, I think it's better I send them as is as we don't know how his time line will go. Doctor says he could go in 1 day or 2 years, he just doesn't know. He is 83 and I don't want to send them late or not at all if FIL doesn't do well. I expect we will be spending more time up there (200 miles northeast. Sorry I have to do it this way but I don't have much choice. Hopefully everything works out at least in the short term.
