I would love to do something like this but am completely booked through Sept. In addition to my quilting my boss wants me to go to work and I have a very active little scout who lives with me and will be bridging to Boy Scouts next month. He in fact said this morning when I told him the Big Basin trip was next weekend, "Boy we haven't had a weekend off!"He has Valcore today and is going to spend the afternoon with his bio Dad. So if we could delay that would be great, otherwise, I will watch from the wings and enjoy all of yours.

I received the magazine in the mail yesterday. How fun to come home from a shop hop and have a new "old" magazine to look through. I would love to do this but I need to wait until late summer too..I want to learn to appliqué before starting on a swap that requires it.

It is very cute :)

Oh this is so cute! I'd love to join if it's later in the summer, I have too much going on right now to add anything to my plate. If you decide to do it later, though, I'd love to be included!

Do we have a hostess/host for this swap? I would love to do this swap but, I agree, late summer would be best.

Maybe once someone decides to host the swap, she could go on and choose a date (later in the summer?), and decide of the specifics-- how many blocks, what type of fabric, etc-- that way, anyone that wanted to join could go on and order the magazine, choose their fabrics, and work on them whenever they are in the mood or have time, but just keep them till closer to the swap date...? Might be a good idea to send out a reminder pm when the date gets closer too...

I'm with Gardenquilter--- these would be adorable with different embellishments!
