Debi, I'm here, but can't stay too long...need to leave for Girl Scouts pretty soon.

I began another quilt top for Garden of Innocence this morning, a simple rail fence...and I must be overtired because I kept cutting my blocks crooked! Tried again, and they are still off...so it was time to stop. Generally three blunders is my limit! I might try again later.

Carole ~

I am going to try to work on my blocks while doing my laundry and getting ready for the week. When my girls were young we stayed very busy with girl scouts, it was such fun and I'm not sure who enjoyed it more, me or them. LOL

What is the garden of innoc. quilt? I think I have heard of it but not sure. Debi

I spent the afternoon at the ER with DH his back went into spazams so bad that he couldn't move. They gave him a big ole shot and he is out probably for the next few hours. They told me to get him an appointment for an MRI to see whats up with the disks in his back.

Carin ~ So sorry to hear that DH had to go to hospital. Hope the meds help and the drs. can the problem and help him very soon. It has been a quiet day here as you can see. Got alot done cleaning my sewing room but not much quilting. It needed to be done and I can almost find my way around. After next weekend I hope to have it back to where I need it to be. Hope you are able to get an appointment for DH soon, know you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Bless you both.

Carin,
Sometimes their only saving grace is that we love them so much, grumpy or not! LOL Get some rest and know that we are all here for you if you need anything. Bunches of love and prayers. Debi

Carin - Your poor DH! He certainly has been loaded down with problems! He has pneumonia and back spasms, take good care of him.

I have had computer problems today. My mouse froze up and I thought it was a virus so I did system recovery. It did not work. I tried three times. Finally, my DH came home and tried a fourth time and was successful. We have changed the mouse and it seems to be working. We also did a virus scan and found nothing. I need to do an up-date when I finish looking here this evening then do another scan. I think I will leave the computer off this April 1st. Too often the pranksters have "fun" on April Fools Day.

I did work on a couple samples for the CW swap and the bow tie swap. It was lots of fun to make both. I made an error in the bear paw, but know what I did so I can correct in the second sample.
