I'm not big into CW fabric, but this quilt spoke to me so I joined the swap. Generally, once the deadline to get the blocks to the hostess passes, I put the quilt on my UFO/WIP list. In fact for several weeks this quilt was there. However, I have since taken it off my list. It's less stressful that way. I'm not going to run to the mailbox everyday in hopes the blocks will show up. I've got plenty to work on without stress over this quilt. When it shows up I'll be pleasently suprised at the unexpected arrival.

I did not join this sway, but it is a shame that all your blocks are not put back into the stamped envelopes & mailed back to you

I sure would like to have the other set of my blocks. I busted my butt to get them done before the deadline to only see that others did not and the deadline was extended. I say the deadline should not be extended more than 5 days.

Loretta-I would also love to have my 2 sets back especially after the crazy things that happened to me on this...doing the block I thought I had signed up for then being told ooops you did the wrong one...so I ended up doing another set of blocks so that everyone would have the Shoo Fly in addition to my Churn Dash.
so like you I did 40 blocks! But unlike you my Shoo Fly blocks were late due to the confusion....The dates received on some blocks is off because that is the date DJ finally received them from the various addresses we were mailing them to.

I would like to think that eventually I might receive 1 set back...

If someone edits a post...the original date of the post stays the same, but the thread will say last updated on the date of the edit....

You can go way back and edit any post you have ever made, not just a recent one, so you wont necessarily know who has edited or when.

posts will say "this post has been edited"....but it will not tell you when.
