Actually there are 6 of us - I'm in both groups. Extending the date isn't a problem. So you would rather start later or have longer in between rows? However, if we combin both groups that would give us 6 rows which is even better. Let me know - this is your swap.

Maybe we need SewSassyNClassy's input on this since she is planning to do a Christmas theme. I don't know if she was looking to have it done in time for this Christmas.

Ok since I have the time now that my CO trip is canceled.
ME!!! ME!!! ME!!! PICK ME PICK ME
Sign me up please DJ.
I'd like to go with my original idea of an outdoors/mountain theme. Like the one pictured in the first post. And going with what seems to be the popular size of 60", no embelishments please (little kids, thinking of choking hazards).
Do I start my row first and then at the end of August I'll get someone else's row(s) to add to and then so on?

Michelle you do your first row. Then it gets passed to the next person who adds a row - meanwhile you will receive someone else's row that you now need to make a row for. When the swap is over the owner receives her row plus 4 additional ones back. You then sew them together in the order you want and add borders. Or if you want it longer add another row before the borders.

Re: Row Round Robin. CLOSED.
I'm all for combining the groups, my quilt does not need to be done before Christmas. If all the folks who signed up for Group 1 would prefer not to do extra work, maybe group 1 could go ahead and start, and once all the posts and pictures start showing up we would fill group 2. I'm open to what works best for the group. Thanks so much for trying to make this work for all us us!
