very pretty. I hope DH will help out with a laptop so you can set your machine up in one spot. I love doing embroidery designs, there are so many ways you can use them.

I love my Brother 270D, I purchased the attachment to download designs off the computer onto a storage card that plugs into the machine.

Lorettav - very nice block. You will have so much fun. Good idea Oasis has - ask him sweetly if he'll lug your machine for you. Also, feed him nothing buy cheap hamburger and stash the rest of the money for a laptop and let him know why, innocently of course.

There are tons of deals for laptops nowadays. I found one at Compusa when they were going out of business for $600 that had way enough memory for my EQ6 and anything else. Hubby just got a Gateway on a 12 month no pay/no interest plan. He'll be convinced once you're taking up all the room and computer time LOL

In the meantime, enjoy your new toy!

Oh the possibilities you have in front of you now! No limit.

Maybe a laptop isn't in the near future but next year?

Loretta, What machine do you have? I have the Pfaff & Brother (older models) and they both have blank 'discs' for them. You copy from the computer onto the disc then put it in your machine. Do you have that capability?

You are going to love embroidery!!

What other things have you embroideried? There are lots of free embroidery designs available on the internet.

Does your machine use a card to transfer designs from the computer to the machine? If it does, there is software available to make the card. It looks pretty handy.

Don't you just love it?
