That is beautiful. It does look expensive - something you would find in a snooty store on Union Square - definitely one of a kind.

Is it my imagination or did you change thread colors on your quilting stitches? What kind of thread do you use for your quilting? I wonder if it's different than for a home machine.

Sadiedaisy,

I used a medium grey thread on the quilt and the beauty of it is that it takes on the color of several blocks. When I look up close at all the gray and blue and green blocks it looks like gray, blue and green thread. Bonus! And I use King Tut thread. LOL
