Kadie, I just looked up the starburst in my book...I really like that and I don't think that I had ever noticed that assembly of the blocks.

Haven't really studied the colors but I don't think there are repeats in the fabrics that she used

I have the same boredom problem. Took be 5 months to sew 20 blocks, It was so boring, but trying to keep busy coming off the cigarettes, I got the final 16 finished quite quickly.

I haven't really looked into it. I just saw some block done in a quilt shop. They were so different. I like to try different blocks.

That is why I do BOM's - don't have to do the same pattern over and over again
