Hi Cathy I really like the way you finished your top it's beautiful. I tried to talk my dh into learning my quilting machine and he said no thanks but I could learn his plumbing job anytime. I think I will just keep him plumbing and I will keep on quilting around here.

Nadine in your house, I think you have the best deal. LOL Yup, let him cont. the plumbing. This is a great stress reducer for my DH. Thanks for the compliment. I just wish I had figured out the borders before cutting the 2 outer borders. Would have been nice if they all came out even. LOL Oh well, I'll cherish it forever and I cannot say Thank You enough for hosting that swap!

I LOVE the way this turned out. You DH did such a great job quilting it! Looks perfect!

I also love how you did the borders w/the 1/2 square triangles! It adds so much texture & movement.

This is so beautiful. I love the quilting. I love the border you did on it. I am just doing a single border with gold fabric. It will have dark green back. I had to use what was here in my stash. I am so glad you shared this. I missed it the first time around.

Great quilting and 1/2 square triangles. Lucky you that your DH likes to quilt them for you....If I ever get a LA machine, I'm sure my DH will give it a try.

I finished my top today! Finally, now I need to get it quilted. I did this on point so I could see all the names!
