Your FQ Stash Swap UPDATE 3/21/08

I think we all have a stash of fat quarters. I'd like to do a Stash FQ Swap if there are enough interested with a limit of 25.

DO NOT BUY ANY FQ'S!! Send what you have and would like to swap. They do not have to be the same..........ANYTHING goes. That way there will be a big variety for each of us. (Sorting will be interesting!!)

Sign up date is February 29th - leap day this year!
FQ's sent to me by March 15th. Please include return mailer with postage attached. FQ's will be returned to you by April 1st.

Update 2/19 - We are at 10!!

Update 2/25 - We are at 12. We need to decide if we want to send 1 or 2 FQ's for the swap.

Update 2/28 - We are at 15. 30 FQ's would be quite a few to send but it is up to all of you whether we send 1 or 2 per person. I am ok with 2 at this point. If we add anymore by the 29th - tomorrow, I would go with 1. How does that sound?

Update 2/29 - THE END OF SIGNUPS.
We will stick with ONE FQ per person. Remember - ANYTHING GOES!!

Count me in! It will be fun to change out some of my "what was I thinking" FQ's with some new ones!

We would swap 25 if 25 sign up. That means you send 25 and get 25 back.

If you want to go with pinks/blues and browns that would be fine, too. I just thought we could clear out some of our FQ stash and get some new ones to add to that stash.

Want to do pinks, blues and browns? Any other suggestions?

I'll have to wait a little, about mid February to see if I have time for this, I have much on my plate to finish right now. Sounds like fun, though. I would be much in favor of "anything goes" rather than limit the colors. Might be difficult to come up with enough FQs if the colors are restricted without buying some. But, you all make the decision, because I'm not sure I can enter this one. I'll keep an eye on it and join if I can. carol/kittyquilt
