DH made this for me today, before the game of course.... it gives me a wider iron board... I got the top at JoAnn's on clearance...

You have a DH as sweet as mine....I have a homemade one also. I just covered mine with cotton batting and an old muslin sheet....I can see where the measurement addition would be nice for pressing straight lines and measurements though :)

To heck with the ironing board..... I want a husband like that !!!!


AH just kidding... Was ironing my last HUGE QIAD order the other day wishing I had a board just like that. Might have to get a little creative and see what I can come up with on my own....This summer when it isn't so flippin' cold in the garage to use my skill saw!!!
Now, won't that be a picture... Maryq with a feather boa and a skill saw!!!
