Wow, what a different pattern for the string block. Never would have thought to do that nor have I seen it before. Luv it, so different!!!

What a georgeous quilt. I love the old-fashioned tied quilts. It reminds me of my grandmother tying them with aging hands and lots of love. Takes more work but so pretty when they are done and they tend to be fluffier to crawl under. The light background squares really set off the bright colors. Nice work. Thanks for sharing.
