At the risk of sounding preachy, if at all possible lose the smokes. I will still think you are all fantastic - even if you don't - but, speaking as someone with lung problems, smoking is such a waste. Imagine, you could buy a fat quarter a day and still be saving money! Cheaper than smokes.
