Post by racnquilter » Thu Dec 27, 2007 3:07 am

Started this quilt about Sept and completed on Saturday before Christmas. This is the third quilt I've made.

Thanks, Evie... haven't gotten the small stitches down yet, but I've been happy with them. I have to always remind myself, there is NO quilt police, I can do what I want... LOL.

No quilt police, but a lot of quilt admirers!

Wonderful job! Is this handquilted? I couldn't handquilt to save my life. :)

What a beautiful job on the quilting. Even my free hand machine doesn't look that good. I'm with Leetec I don't think I could hand quilt if my life depended on it. Someday I might try a small, small wall hanging and hand quilt it just to say I have done it.

This quilt is fantastic.

Yes, so far I do only handquilting (of course, blocks/piecing of top are machined). Machined the binding with a decorative stitch. Wish I would have gotten a close-up of that.

Beautiful quilt - amazing quilting! The only bed quilt that I have hand quilted took me 6 YEARS!! I'm awed that you did the whole quilt in 3 months!!!!!!!
