HeyGirl, do I detect some fussy cut zebras and an elephant in your quilt? Great job! I love those prints! Where'd you find the border fabric?
Sharon, I love the yellow/blue combination. When I went to the lqs I was looking for the turning 20 pattern but they didn't have it. The lady showed me the YBR instead and the yellow/blue quilt on the front was so pretty I decided to try it. Yours looks even better than theirs!

LynnS, I found the border fabric at Wal-Mart.
Girl you are going to love the Yellow Brick Road pattern.
The cutting is easy. The blocks are easy to make and it goes together fast.

Thank you....as you can tell by the date, it's been almost 5 years since that one was made.....pic quality really bad. @:) I made it as a comfort quilt for my friend and we would always have tea together, hence the teapots. I think this pattern is really fast to cut and sew....takes longer to arrange the blocks than anything else....I have another one ready to sew the top together but can't seem to get around to it.....

Thanks! That quilt was a Xmas present for my mother in Canada. She just opened the box today (couldn't wait) and she loves the quilt.

These are all very nice. I have only made one Yellow Brick Road and for whatever reason, never took a pic before I gave it to it's recipient. It was all done in Soccer fabrics. He used to work with me and was also an amateur soccer player.
