Im not sure yet,,,maybe just quilt the plate blades and crosshatch the rest...I dont have any stncils,so I often do that using masking tape as a guide. I like the cross hatch look. ( I hand quilt)

Oh Caroline, that's so pretty! The holly motifs in the corners are a real nice touch!

Very Nice!!!! Love the holly motifs in the corners also. Maybe make your quilting radiate out from the points.
