I saw him using his frame at Road to CA quilt show. Interesting, but you would need to practice a lot.

Suz, do you have a link to an Easy Quilter? I've never heard of it. Is it like the Little Gracie frames?

I've looked into the Easy Quilter because the Flynn frame just didn't look that user friendly. The Easy Quilter people had a booth at the OKC quilt show and it looked doable. Since Suz has given it a good review I might give this some serioud thought. Here's the link.

Thanks, maggiestew. After looking at it, I think I'll still go with a hand quilting frame. I don't have room for another table in my sewing room(and I'm probably going to lose my sewing room soon).

Hey,thanks for the EZQuilter link, I had not seen this in use before and although the price is a bit more money I could afford it does seem like a better solution than the Flynn Frame. I would like to hear from folks who have actually used this. I did see they were using a machine as small as mine (Bernina Activa) in the instructions.

Our semi-annual sew/quilt expo was a couple of weeknds ago and the guy that invented the Easy Quilter was there demonstrating it. Now that it has the rail system it's even better for those of us who can't afford the longarm dream machines. I got to shake his hand and tell him thank you for thinking of the smaller room/less money people like me. He was selling quite a few of them.

I didn't see a price for the EZ quilt system. How much is it running? It does look like something I could use.
